Chris Gorman

Owner/Project Manager
Growing up in a family landscape contracting business, Chris has been on construction sites from a very young age. After getting a degree in landscape architecture from The Ohio State University, his career started in commercial landscape construction, which coincided with building his first home. Landscape contracting evolved into home building and eventually, Chris Gorman Homes was formed, guided by the principles and lessons Chris learned while serving his landscape contracting clients.

Dean Chalmers

Production Manager
With a career full of top-notch custom homes and interior trim work, Dean brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to each home he builds. Completing an apprenticeship for carpentry and joinery from Coventry-England he received his City & Guilds certification from the London Institute of Construction. Dean has worked both as a carpenter and builder on many luxury home builds. It is Dean’s knowledge and attention to detail that both our trade partners and homeowners love.

Kim Cassady

Selections Manager
With her experience outside the residential construction field, Kim brings a fresh perspective to Chris Gorman Homes. Kim holds a degree in financial services from The Ohio State University and has managed multiple accounts in a variety of markets. She brings the unique ability to manage the ever-changing nuances that are part of home building, and having gone through the home-building process herself, she provides unique insight to the team. Her attention to detail and processes keeps our projects on track and our homeowners and team members updated.

Keith Rust

Financial Manager
As an experienced accountant, Keith has managed the financial records of home builders, developers and small businesses over the years. With a degree in accounting from Thomas More University and an MBA from Southern Methodist University, Keith has excelled in the organization of financial records for the companies he has worked for. His experience helps guide Chris Gorman Homes to continuously streamline the financial functions behind home building.
